We're looking for a Founders Associate who works directly with the CEO to run and systematically automate the operational layer of the company. The mandate is simple: take things off the CEO's plate today, and build systems so they stay off his plate permanently.
You'll work directly with the CEO across the full breadth of company operations. Your job has two layers: execute the work, then automate it.
In your first months, you'll run the CEO's operational world hands-on. In parallel, you'll build AI-powered workflows and automations that replace your own manual work over time. Every recurring task should become a system. Your KPI is not "keep doing this forever" but "automate yourself into higher-value work."
CEO Operations
Own the CEO's communication triage (email, WhatsApp), calendar management, travel logistics, and meeting preparation. Capture follow-ups, prepare briefing documents, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Sales Operations
Rebuild and maintain Notion for sales and networking enablement. Clean up and structure the people and networking database. Support customer segmentation and target market analysis. Prepare research and briefing materials for sales meetings.
Controlling & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards that give the CEO real-time visibility into company performance. Work with our fractional CFO to translate financial data into actionable reporting. Track KPIs across teams and flag what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
Coordination & Partner Management
Coordinate with external partners including our fractional CFO, content specialists, legal advisors, tax consultants, and other service providers. Ensure deliverables land on time and at the right quality. Translate messy, ambiguous internal topics into concrete next steps and own their resolution. When something needs solving (finding the right attorney, chasing a vendor, structuring a new process), you take it and run with it.
AI Automation & Systems
Identify, build, and maintain AI-powered automations (using tools like Claude, n8n, Make, or custom integrations) that reduce manual operational work across the company. Upskill team members to use AI tools effectively in their own workflows. The goal is to systematically eliminate repetitive work and increase the team's leverage.
When capacity allows, support the broader team on cross-functional topics such as testing, competitor research, or client onboarding.
