Our sales team builds long-term customer relationships based on trust, helping companies digitize their traditional processes. We are a leader in our market providing software solutions to enterprise customers in the metals and mining industry. Sebastian (our Co-Founder) is your hiring manager and Vanessa is your recruiter.

## Your mission

## Your Tasks:

* **Own the first stage of the sales cycle**—identify, qualify, and engage potential customers worldwide
* **Make an impact through outreach**—calls, emails, and direct engagement to build relationships
* **Help shape the deal flow**—laying the groundwork for successful sales cycles
* **Present solutions that matter**—show customers how Metalshub solves their challenges
* **Be hands-on**—create presentations, build materials, and actively contribute to business growth
* **Represent Metalshub** at international industry events and networking opportunities

* **Experience** **over** **years**—first experience with enterprise customers and outreach is key

* Fluent in **English** (C1+)
