MESH is hiring a Sales Director to lead the next growth phase by building predictable revenue through a mix of direct enterprise selling and distribution/partner channels. You’ll work closely with the CEO during a gradual handover of commercial ownership.
MESH is a highly technical team, so this role is ideal for someone who can translate complex technology into business outcomes through consultative, technical sales.
About MESH
MESH is a robotics startup based in Birr (AG), Switzerland, dedicated to automating rebar construction. We enable the industry to use robots to autonomously handle, place, and join rebar.
Unlike traditional automation lines, construction requires high flexibility to manage altering geometries, varying batch sizes, and construction tolerances. We achieve this adaptability by combining advanced software, computer vision, and robotic manipulation specifically designed for rebar construction.
Our systems are currently deployed in prefabrication environments, successfully shifting production from manual labor to autonomous systems.
