## Your role

You\`d be working closely with the leadership team to **develop and implement our** **tech strategy**. 

  
Key responsibilities: 

* Hands-on leadership in **designing and developing the AI/ML systems** necessary for the product.
* Design, develop, deploy and maintain the **software architecture** with a focus on the particular needs of the legal market, such as trust, explainability, security and data protection.
* Hire, lead and manage a **team of deep learning engineers and software developers** across various functions.

## Your profile

You are a talented, highly motivated and highly articulate **tech leader** with the experience of **leading engineering teams** for at least one software product that achieved good scale. 

  
Strong pluses: 

* 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, designing and managing a software architecture as well as in full-stack development
* experience in designing and managing a software architecture
* experience in full-stack development
* Passionate about legal tech
* Previous startup experience
* Experience in building and leading large teams
* Strong product management skills
