Internship at Berlin based Fashion Agency and Showroom (Paris, Berlin, Munich)
We're one of the leading and most active fashion agencies in the German-speaking market, awarded by Textilwirtschaft in 2021. Alongside our Berlin showroom, we run a flagship showroom in Paris overlooking the Louvre, maintain a strong and engaged presence across social media, and publish our own magazine — the Melagence Paper. We see ourselves less as an agency and more as a creative partner to the brands and retailers we work with.
Tasks
Melagence is looking for a fashion-minded intern to join our Berlin showroom and be part of the day-to-day of an international sales agency. You'll work closely with our team during one of the most exciting times in the fashion calendar — buying season — and get a genuine, hands-on look at how designer labels are sold and distributed across Europe.
From Paris and Berlin Fashion Week order appointments to showroom presentations, client communication, and in-store sales, you'll be involved across the full spectrum of our business. It's a role for someone who's curious, organized, and ready to take on real responsibility in a small, fast-moving team.
Requirements
- You love fashion and have a sharp eye for trends
- You're studying business, fashion management, or something related
- You enjoy working with people and building client relationships
- You bring a polished, fashion-forward sense of style to the showroom
- You're fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
- You take ownership of your work and don't wait to be told what to do
- Previous experience in sales or retail is a plus, but not required
