Senior Digital Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, design leadership, and execution excellence.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading digital design projects, creating user-centric experiences, and elevating brand impact across multiple platforms.

• Lead the design of digital campaigns, websites, apps, and interactive experiences with a strong focus on UI/UX, brand identity, and creative innovation.
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring concepts to life.
• Provide mentorship and art direction to junior designers, setting high standards for creativity and execution.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, 3D, motion graphics).
• Ensure designs are optimized for multi-device and multi-platform experiences.
• Push creative boundaries by going beyond briefs and offering innovative solutions.

• 5–8 years of proven experience in digital design, preferably in an agency, tech, or SaaS-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.
• Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, UI/UX projects, and motion or interactive design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Leadership experience with mentoring, critique, and collaboration.
