Aufgaben
- 80% outbound prospecting via phone
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing & Product to generate qualified pipeline
- Operate confidently in HubSpot
- you know your metrics and own your pipeline
- Manage daily tasks efficiently within the CRM – you own your pipeline and priorities
Qualifikation
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound prospecting
- Strong CRM skills (HubSpot) – able to build dashboards, reports, and automations independently
- Excellent task management and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Smart, structured, and analytical mindset – strong academic background and quick learner
- High self-motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills
- German at native proficiency (C2+) and strong English (C1), paired with outstanding communication and expression skills in German
