Growth & Strategy Intern (German C1 - Asian Food E-Com Brand)

We are MAOMAO the fastest growing platform in Germany for Asian Foods. For this role we don't want to hire just an intern to do busy work.

We want someone who sees opportunities, moves fast, and builds — not someone who waits for tasks.

• Analyse revenue, funnels, conversion rates, retention + customer behaviour
• Test growth channels: TikTok Shop, Meta, SEO, affiliates, collabs, partnerships
• Spot opportunities in our product assortment + category expansion
• Improve our website, landing pages, product presentation + AOV
• Bring ideas for new SKUs, trends, Asian ingredients + food culture
• Work directly with the founder — zero bureaucracy, high speed, real responsibility

• Worked in consulting or startup environments before
• Ideally studied busines
• Speak English and German at a C1 Level at least, if you can speak another Asian language on top great!
• Ideally study Business / Marketing / IT — but we welcome Quereinsteiger, if you can prove skill with results, projects, or mindset
• Think analytically & communicate clearly
• Love Asian food & know what makes customers curious
• Don’t wait for instructions — you propose solutions
