Junior Creative - Video, Social Media & Advertising

This role is all about creativity. If you're into video editing, writing
attention-grabbing copy, and making content that pops on social media –
we want to meet you. We're looking for someone full of ideas, who can
turn raw footage into eye-catching stories with a bold visual and
advertising mindset.

• Edit video and photo content from our shoots for campaigns, social media, and ads.
• Create scroll-stopping visuals for reels, stories, and paid campaigns.
• Add strong copy and text overlays that match our tone of voice.
• Use AI tools to create fresh and engaging content.
• Identify and collaborate with content creators to generate even more buzz.
• Create content in English, both visually and verbally.

Background or training in advertising, creative communication, motion design or similar.

• Strong skills in video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects or equivalent).
• Creative thinking with an advertising mindset – you know how to catch attention fast.
• Love for writing sharp, effective copy.
• Curiosity for trends, tools, and digital culture.
• Fluent, creative English – you'll be writing, editing, and communicating in English daily.
