Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer with around 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team onsite in Amman. In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy AI-powered features that strengthen our digital twin platform and manufacturing workflow solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to create practical AI applications that deliver measurable value to industrial users. Our solutions are built around real-time data visibility, workflow automation, and operational insights, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into intelligent, scalable product features.

What You Will Do

• Build and improve AI and machine learning features for our SaaS products
• Develop models and services for prediction, classification, anomaly detection, and process optimization
• Work with production, supplier, and workflow data to generate practical insights and automations
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into cloud-based product workflows
• Support data preparation, feature engineering, model training, testing, and deployment
• Help design intelligent alerting, recommendation, and decision-support features
• Contribute to improving data pipelines, model monitoring, and system performance
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI use cases
• Stay current with modern AI tooling and propose pragmatic ways to improve our platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• MUST: 2 years + of professional working experience in AI, machine learning, or data-focused software engineering
• MUST: 2 years + Solid programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data
• Understanding of model development, evaluation, and deployment workflows
• Familiarity with APIs, backend integration, and cloud-based environments
• Good SQL and data analysis skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a product-oriented team
• Good communication skills in English
