We deliver tools that bring transparency, speed, and automation to global production environments. Now, we’re growing our technical team and looking for top talent based in Jordan to join us remotely.  

We’re hiring a **Senior Backend Python Developer** to lead backend development efforts, build scalable APIs, improve database performance, and integrate platforms such as Azure DevOps. You’ll collaborate with a distributed team and have opportunities to work with advanced technologies, including machine learning and large language models (LLMs).

## Tasks

*   Design and develop backend APIs using **FastAPI**
*   Optimize and maintain **PostgreSQL** databases for performance and reliability
*   Integrate external systems and APIs, particularly **Azure DevOps**
*   Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
*   Collaborate with frontend, ML, and product teams across time zones
*   Contribute to **CI/CD pipelines** and DevOps best practices

## Requirements

*   3–5+ years of backend development experience with **Python**
*   Strong experience with **FastAPI** and **PostgreSQL**
*   Experience designing and consuming **REST APIs**
*   Familiarity with **Azure DevOps**, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices
*   Interest or experience in **machine learning** or **LLMs** is a plus
*   Strong communication skills in **English**, both written and spoken is must.
*   Self-organized, reliable, and eager to contribute to a growing, agile team  

*   Based in **Jordan** and available to work remotely
