The role of the Guest Experience Representative is to build strong relations with the guests and ensure that they are receiving the best customer service Mad Monkey can provide. Responsibility also includes running the daily events and tours while maintaining high energy in keeping the environment enjoyable and engaging. Assisting the guests is also a task when it comes to concerns such as tours, transport, or any inquiries they might have. Guest Experience Representative is also responsible for driving sales and helping to get top-quality reviews.

This will be achieved by: 

* __Presence__: Making sure everyone knows who you are. Approaching guests and making them feel welcome.
* __Engaging guests__: Ensuring all guests are informed and excited about tours and events. Talking enthusiastically about Mad Monkey’s CSR activities and the culture of the country you are working in.
* __Safety and wellbeing__: Creating a safe and comfortable environment, and showing genuine care for guests.
* __Events__: Being proactive and creative in your approach to designing and running events. Approaching this with the customer experience and commercial awareness in mind.
* __Social media__: Contributing to social media content by taking photos and videos of events and activities.
* __Sales__: Tours, events, products: Being knowledgeable and confident in talking about the tours we offer. Actively seeking to promote tours relevant to guests' interests.
* __Guest experience__: Showing awareness of customer experience across the whole group and directing your time accordingly.
* __Going above and beyond__: Making a significant influence in creating an awesome environment. Going above and beyond for guests.
* __Team spirit__: Making an effort to get to know the staff, language, and culture. Being aware of how best to support the local staff.
* __Professionalism__: Fulfilling expectations that you will be on time, fit to work, respectful, and behaving in a way that is true to Mad Monkey's values at all times.
