Quality & safety inspections take place in all major industries worldwide - mostly all of them are conducted by pen and paper: Cleaning documentation, risk assessments, maintenance reports, hygiene checks, safety walk documentation etc. pp.

Lumiform enables companies to make workplaces safe and exceed their quality promises. A nice side effect: It is environmentally friendly and reduces the use of paper to a maximum.

**About the Role:**  
You are in love with recruiting and everything that comes with it? GREAT!  
We’re looking for a talented and passionate **TAM (m/f/d)** who loves to help a young company grow with great talents and is in charge of the full recruiting lifecycle. You will make sure, that each candidate applying for a position at Lumiform will experience a great, professional and fast hiring process.

## Tasks

*   You are responsible for sourcing suitable professionals and executives to help Lumiform grow and develop
*   You will collaborate with the Hiring Managers & HR Manager to fill roles, define requirements and create job descriptions that are published on relevant channels
*   You coordinate all stakeholders involved in the candidate journey and work closely with Hiring Managers from different areas to support them in candidate management
*   As the first contact and point of contact for our talents, you ensure that our candidates have an undoubtedly exciting and transparent candidate experience though out the whole hiring process
*   **Active sourcing**: You reach out to potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, as well as working with our trusted external partners
*   You **screen candidates** and work closely with the hiring team to guide the entire application process through to contract signing
*   You continuously improve and develop our recruiting process and benchmarks

## Requirements

*   **You love what you do:** You have at least 1+ experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a SaaS environment
*   **You are passionate** about all recruiting topics, such as new recruiting trends and are an expert at all phases of the recruiting process - from the ad to the offer
*   You are a solution-oriented, structured and organized person with a hands-on mentality
*   Your interest does not end with business recruiting, but you are also ready to find great tech talents for Lumiform
*   You are an open-minded, friendly professional with strong communication skills
*   You have very good analytical skills, work in a very structured way and can keep an overview even with a high volume of applications
*   You provide a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
*   You are fluent in **English** & **German**
