London School of Excellence is looking for a confident and motivated Student Advisor to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, fully remote role based in Bangladesh. You will support prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment while working closely with our UK team.
Tasks
- Respond to prospective student enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat.
- Advise students on courses, entry requirements, fees and next steps.
- Follow up with prospective students and leads consistently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and lead information in the CRM.
- Support applicants throughout the documentation and admissions process.
- Work towards weekly targets for contact rates, conversions and response times.
- Provide a professional and helpful experience throughout the student journey.
- Identify common student questions and objections and share feedback with the wider team.
- Work closely with the UK team to support prospective students effectively.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer service or telesales.
- Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Calm, patient and student-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email and online meeting tools.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet professional environment for taking calls.
- Experience advising students on UK or international study routes is desirable.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce is desirable.
