## Your Role

LIQID is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Quantitative Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of our digital marketing efforts. As our data stack/infrastructure is currently under construction, you will have the opportunity to work on new topics and technologies and create analyses from scratch.  
  
**What are you doing specifically?**

* **Develop Analytics Concepts:** You will be responsible for creating in-depth analyses, such as customer journey or marketing channel efficiency analysis, and defining relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
* **Optimize Marketing Efforts:** You will use ad-hoc analyses and automated reporting to identify optimization potential for various marketing efforts across different channels (e.g. SEA, LinkedIn, Native). You will implement and use new tools, such as BigQuery, dbt, and Google Analytics, to translate business requirements and goals into relevant metrics, dimensions, and key figures. Additionally, you will carry out constant trend monitoring and regular market and competitor analyses.
* **Conduct A/B Tests:** You will develop and implement A/B tests for marketing projects. You will be responsible for providing technical and content-related optimization recommendations and creating target reporting and presentations for the management.

## What you bring

* **Degree with an Analytical Focus:** You have successfully completed a degree with an analytical focus, such as business administration, economics, mathematics, statistics, social sciences, or computer science.
* **Professional Experience:** You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of data analysis (Data Analysis, Dashboarding/Reporting, Data Modeling (SQL), etc.). Ideally, you have experience and relevant knowledge in online/digital marketing.
* **Knowledge and Interest:** You have a high level of interest and very good knowledge of current internet and digital marketing trends. You have a passion for marketing/growth related topics and are confident in developing a good understanding of marketing channels and customer journeys.
* **Communication Skills:** You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and have the ability to present complex data problems to both experts and non-experts.
* **Ownership Mentality:** You bring a high level of ownership and think and act in the best interests of the business, never settling for the status quo.
