As a vital part of the Digital Office Team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at optimizing client management and operations processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding the MS Teams platform with additional apps
  • Providing user training in the client and M365 environment
  • Participating in internal projects
  • Continuously optimizing client management processes
  • Enhancing operations processes in the Digital Office
  • Supporting requests (tickets) in the Dynamics environment
  • Offering professional support for ICT specialist trainees
  • Ensuring user support and further developing support processes


To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Completed vocational training in IT
  • Further training in Microsoft Azure, InTune, and M365 platform
  • In-depth support experience
  • Extensive experience in client management
  • Experience in practical training of IT apprentices
  • Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management
  • Proficiency in German and English, with French as an advantage
  • An extroverted and communicative personality
  • Conceptual, process-oriented thinking and action
