We are building a smart greenhouse gas measurement platform with portable sensor technology for energy companies that have to quantify, report, and reduce methane emissions.

## Tasks

**Embark on an enriching journey with us and become a crucial part of our team.** In this pivotal role, you will:

*   **Boost our operational efficiency:** Assist in a broad range of operational activities, thereby advancing our strategic objectives and ensuring our business runs smoothly.
*   **Participate in special projects:** Engage in important projects, playing a vital role in devising and implementing our business strategies.
*   **Lead innovative efforts:** Spearhead one-off projects and original efforts, demonstrating your ability to innovate and put into practice effective solutions.
*   **Provide data-driven analysis:** Expertly collect and interpret data, converting intricate details into understandable advice for key decision-makers, thus supporting informed strategy development.

## Requirements

**Education**

*   **Enrolled Bachelor or Master's student**, particularly in **Business Administration** or **Management & Technology** with **top of class results** from leading university.
*   Alternatively, similar degree in a closely related field

**Technical Skills**

*   Proficiency in using project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Notion etc.) to streamline operations and project execution.

**Other Skills and Personality Traits**

*   **Smart, ambitious** **and entrepreneurial hustler** - passionate about sustainability and helping the world's oil & gas companies reduce their impact on the planet.
*   **Analytical Prowess:** Outstanding analytical skills, capable of dissecting data to unearth insights that drive strategic decisions.
*   **Autonomy:** The ability to independently navigate tasks and projects, showcasing initiative and the capability to work without constant supervision.
*   **Communication Excellence:** Superior communication abilities in **English** and **German**, crucial for effective collaboration with team members and clear articulation of insights to stakeholders.
