We are currently seeking a Founder’s Associate (m/f/d), who will join us on our mission to tranform the frozen food industry by building the first premium frozen food brand – let’s get started!

## Tasks

**THE ROLE**

We are now looking for a highly motivated Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder team and all stakeholders on operational and strategic projects. We are looking for this role to be based in Berlin, Munich or Passau, Germany.

**WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH**

*   Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations and long-term projects
*   Prepare and run important staff meetings, regular board and investor meetings
*   Spearhead special projects and your own strategic initiatives, such as developing the expansion strategy and identifying new sales channels or markets
*   Conduct market research and analyze data to inform decision-making
*   Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization
*   Collaborate with teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
*   Support hiring, onboarding and development processes
*   Work and support on investor relations and during fundraising processes

## Requirements

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

*   Analytical mindset – really good with numbers and strong analytical logic and rigor
*   Both, a strategic thinker and a hands-on mentality
*   Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors, and take the initiative to get involved
*   Excellent academic background in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
*   A winning personality with strong people and communication skills
*   Fluent in German and English
*   Experience in the food industry is a plus
*   +2 years of experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup
