SAP LeanIX - About Us

One success factor of our SAP LeanIX product is efficiently collecting data from variant systems, processing them, and reducing the data to its relevant information for Enterprise Architecture roles. This enables our customers to get an insightful view of technologies and applications to assess risks like missing important security patches or finding better technologies for the same business use case.
Out of the wide pool of integrations, Team Sailors has focused on caring about the ServiceNow integration and building a flexible integration that exchanges data between ServiceNow and our backend services. Besides the ServiceNow integration, a new integration to Jira is planned and the extension of several UI functionality. As a Fullstack Engineer you would help to further drive the value our integration services provide to our customers while ensuring the scalability, efficiency, and sustainability of our services. You are the perfect candidate if you are passionate about software engineering, technically excellent, open-minded, and love to work collaboratively as part of a team.
At SAP LeanIX Product and Engineering, we embrace a hybrid remote work model, which allows us the benefits of in-person collaboration along with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Therefore, we hire only within commuting distance to our hubs in Bonn, Ljubljana, Berlin, and Dresden, and we expect our employees to come to the office multiple times per week.

WHY SHOULD YOU CARE? Well, there are multiple reasons:

We're on a strong growth trajectory in terms of ARR and team size while scaling in a sustainable and profitable way, making us successful in even challenging economical phases.

We prioritize continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing. We constantly iterate on our engineering practices and skills to build a software architecture that supports fun at work and long term success of the business.

We value open access to leadership, transparency and personal development. We successfully enabled many software engineers to grow along with the company into engineering manager or technical lead positions. You’ll continue this success story while we offer you opportunities to grow.

We value a healthy life balance and our employees make room for interests and relations outside of their job. We offer a hybrid working environment, providing a high grade of flexibility while meeting colleagues in one of our offices from time to time.
