At Leadout, we don't hand you a playbook. We hand you a market. As FinOps Lead, you take an established client base and build a practice around it, with the founders behind you and the freedom to shape how we deliver.
This role is first and foremost about ownership. You set the direction, own the client relationships and grow the practice commercially, from an established base towards a market-leading position.
Tasks
- Define the FinOps service vision, portfolio and go-to-market approach
- Own client relationships at executive level and lead engagements end to end
- Grow the practice commercially, from existing accounts to new business
- Own practice revenue, utilisation and margin performance
- Build and develop the team as the practice scales
- Represent Leadout externally through thought leadership and community presence
Requirements
- Senior Manager or Director level, with a background in consulting or professional services
- Proven commercial track record: you have built pipeline, closed work and owned client relationships
- Experience leading teams and running engagements at enterprise scale
- Strong affinity with technology, cloud and IT cost. Deep FinOps expertise is a plus, not a requirement
- Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus)
