Headquartered in Belgium, Leadout has grown from two founders into a team of specialists working on high-impact consulting projects. With an established FinOps client base, we are now looking for the right leader to take the practice to the next level.
Tasks
- Define the FinOps service vision, portfolio and go-to-market approach
- Build the delivery methodology, playbooks and tooling knowledge base
- Lead client engagements across cloud cost management and FinOps transformation
- Evaluate and advise clients on the right tooling for their context, vendor-neutral
- Own practice revenue, utilisation and margin performance
- Represent Leadout externally through thought leadership and community presence
Requirements
- 8+ years in cloud finance, IT controlling or a related consulting domain
- Proven track record of delivering FinOps programmes at enterprise scale
- FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP) or above
- Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure and/or GCP cost management
- Broad knowledge of the FinOps tooling landscape, no vendor bias
- Experience building or scaling a practice, CoE or service line
- Strong executive stakeholder management and commercial awareness
