We are seeking a Social Report Reviewer to join our Quality Team. In this role, you will review social audit and assessment reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with applicable methodologies and quality standards. You will work closely with auditors and internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality reporting and support the delivery of reliable, credible services to global clients.

Leadership & Sustainability is a service provider in the field of sustainability. We support clients worldwide on a wide range of projects. We work in the apparel, footwear, and textile industries and are headquartered in Würzburg, Bavaria, Germany.

Tasks

  • Review Social Audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Verify compliance with client requirements, audit protocols, and applicable standards (e.g., SMETA, SLCP, WRAP, etc.).
  • Validate audit findings, supporting evidence, and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
  • Ensure reports meet internal quality standards, SOPs, and agreed turnaround times (TAT).
  • Coordinate with auditors to resolve report discrepancies and improve report quality.
  • Support quality assurance activities, technical reviews, and continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in internal training, calibration sessions, and quality initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining report review guidelines, templates, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Audit Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Science, Management, English, or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social compliance auditing, report review, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Higg FSLM assessment program.
  • Experience in the Textile, Apparel, and Footwear industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of social compliance standards, audit methodologies, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report review skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.
