We are a well-financed start-up with senior founders solving a problem of process and automation discovery we experienced in our daily consulting work. We are using state of the art technologies including artificial intelligence to show results and solutions not known in the industry until now. Our motivated team is constantly growing. We are currently looking for hands-on colleagues joining our exciting endeavor! Our teams are located in exciting office locations in Cologne and Katowice.

## Tasks

- Understanding and shaping product: 
• Detailing product agenda and translating product vision from business to implementation
- Requirement engineering:
• Gathering and documentation of requirements
• Translating requirements to user stories to implementable features
• Sharing and alignment with product team / developers
• Detailed data analyzes to test algorithms and business logic
- Sprint management:
• Preparing and conduction of spring planning and summaries
• Prioritization
• Contribution to test management 
• Sprint review management


## Requirements

- At least 2 years of experiencee as Business Analyst in software development
- Strong ability to translate between Business and Development
- Knowledge of Scrum / Agile release and product management methodology 
- Experience in use of analytical tools (Excel at minimum)
- Experience in the area of enterprise business applications
- Technological understanding of SQL, common Frameworks (like e.g. Angular), common programming languages (Java, preferrable also C++/C#)
