Global Account Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Global Account Manager (m/f/d)to join our EMEA team at our Düsseldorflocation.

The Role:

Managing strategic international clients, with an initial focus on the healthcare and life sciences sectors. You will manage specific clients worldwide and represent the EMEA region to selected clients based in other regions. A limited number of clients from other industries may also be included. This is a hands-on, sales-oriented position. You will shape client strategy, build relationships with executives, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate the KWE teams.

Tasks:

• Leading global account strategies and bringing the EMEA perspective to clients served in other regions

• Building trusting relationships in the areas of procurement, supply chain, quality, operations, and management

• Coordinating country and regional teams based on clear client plans, priorities, and actions

• Leading or supporting QBRs, tenders, and negotiations while ensuring sustainable revenue

• Collaborating with the Quality and Operations departments on GDP-sensitive and temperature-controlled solutions for the healthcare sector

Qualification:

• Extensive experience in strategic account management, business development, or consulting-oriented B2B sales

• Practical understanding of logistics or another complex international service industry

• Business acumen, confidence in dealing with high-level decision-makers, and disciplined execution

• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally

• Experience in healthcare logistics is a major advantage
