What You Will Do

Do you know what's hot in the French social media landscape and have a talent for discovering promising French influencers before anyone else? Are you known as a true "celebrity hunter" who loves helping make our products even more popular by finding the right creators and advertising opportunities? Do you combine a friendly personality with strong negotiation skills? If this sounds like you, Team France is looking for you!

You support the Influencer Marketing France team in managing and growing influencer partnerships.

You identify exciting new creators, build long-term relationships, and support collaborations from scouting to execution.

You contribute to negotiations and help turn ideas into successful influencer campaigns.

You help track, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance to drive learnings and improvements.

You manage day-to-day operational tasks and ensure collaborations run smoothly.

You serve as a bridge between our Influencer Marketing teams in Berlin and Paris, supporting influencer initiatives around events and Out-of-Home activations.

What You Bring

You are currently studying marketing, media management, business administration, or something similar – as a working student you have to be enrolled in a university!

You are looking for a working student position (15-20 hours a week) from September 2026

You have excellent English and French skills

You currently live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or are willing to relocate to Berlin for this opportunity.

You are familiar the latest social media trends

Ideally, you have some first experience in digital marketing

You are familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Suite

You are well-versed in social media (especially Instagram, YouTube and TikTok) and you stay up to date with the latest trends

You work reliably, are results-oriented and have strong communication skills and analytics skills

You show commitment and openness as well as friendliness and dedication

What's In It For You

Smart Working & Flexibility: Hybrid work and flexible hours that fit perfectly around your lecture schedule or exam periods. No making coffee or endless photocopying here – we trust you with real ownership from day one.

Growth & Onboarding: You are a fully integrated team member! With your ideas, you can actively shape the future of the food retail industry in a fast-growing scale-up. You’ll receive a structured onboarding and your own MacBook for your time with us.

KoRo Life & Extras: Find your way (back) to the gym thanks to our fitness partnerships like Urban Sports Club or FitX. You’ll also get a 20% discount in our KoRo online store and exclusive perks with partner companies. Plus, free snacks and barista coffee are always waiting for you at the office!

Shared Moments: Regular team events and company parties to celebrate our milestones and successes together
Working student salary: 15.00 € per hour during Bachelor's studies / 17.00 € per hour for during Master's studies or with completed vocational training.

We're looking for People who share our Mindset

For us, it's not just about the what, but above all about the how. You'll be a perfect fit for us if you have the following mindset:

You take initiative and ownership. You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions. If you see something you can support, improve, or learn from, you get involved and ask questions. You learn from feedback and reflect on your own impact.

You thrive in change. Things move fast and priorities can shift – you see that as part of the learning experience, not a blocker. You adapt quickly and stay flexible.

You build, you don't wait. If something is missing or not yet perfect, you help shape a practical solution. You prefer early iterations and learning by doing over waiting for perfection.

You think in leverage. You try to understand the “why” behind tasks and decisions and bring in your perspective. You’re developing your ability to prioritize and understand what creates the most impact for the effort you put in.

You're a team player, humble and genuinely kind. You work well with others, communicate openly, and contribute to a supportive team environment. You’re curious, respectful, and open to feedback, and you actively learn from others while sharing your own ideas.
Own it – Move fast – Build it – Create impact – Lift others

Sounds good?

Then apply with your application documents (CV and motivation letter) via our website. We are looking for team members, not just co-workers! We are curious to know who you are and what moves you, so feel free to tell us already in a few introductory sentences.
