Your tasks
As our Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for Auchan, Intermarché, and AMC, your mission is to take what exists and make it mean something. KoRo has an initial footprint across these accounts, but that's just the start. You will expand the range, deepen the relationships, and drive sell-in and sell-out performance that turns KoRo into a credible BFY category player at each of these retailers.
You read the business as it is, identify exactly where the gaps and the opportunities sit, and move fast — pushing every door, exploring every angle, and opening new paths where others see dead ends. This is not a caretaker role. We need someone who brings their own momentum, high energy, and a genuine bias for action.
What you’ll actually do:
Account Management & Commercial Negotiations
- Take full ownership of the Auchan, ITM/Intermarché, and AMC accounts — including commercial relationships, negotiations, and execution
- Lead annual negotiations, defend KoRo's terms, and push for expanded shelf space and better placement
- Build and activate joint business plans with each account, anchored on mutual category growth ambitions
- Drive sell-in on new references and innovation launches, making the category case convincingly
- Own sell-out performance by analysing promotional ROI, in-store execution, and competitive dynamics to adjust levers accordingly
- Manage the full P&L of your account portfolio, including revenue, trade spend, margins, and all payment terms
- Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and feed the S&OP process with reliable account-level data
Customer Engagement & Brand Presence
- Organize customer engagement moments such as buyer visits, product events, trade show presence, and KoRo Brand Days
Your profile
- You have 5–8 years of experience in FMCG, with direct KAM experience and working relationships with Auchan and ITM buying teams that you can activate from day one
- You bring a proven track record of growing accounts (revenue uplift, range expansion, improved shelf positioning) and you think like an intrapreneur
- You are a true pathfinder who reads a market instinctively, spots opportunity before it's obvious, and thrives with full autonomy
- You are commercially sharp, P&L-literate, and know how to build a business case, defend a margin, and close
- You are agile and analytical, using data to build arguments while adapting your approach and reading buyer dynamics fast
- You are fluent in English to act as the interface with our team, and you are based in IDF with the flexibility for regular travel to buying offices and stores
