What You Will Do

Are you at home on TikTok and love working creatively? Then the French Marketing Team is the perfect fit for you! Here, you can give your creative mind free rein, take the lead on projects and bring even the most outlandish ideas to life. If you can think outside the box and have a dry sense of humour to boot, you’ll feel right at home in our team from day one. (We’re looking for TikTok creators who’ve already gained experience in start-ups, large corporations or agencies.)

Your tasks could include the following:

You’ll own our TikTok account for the French market and work closely with the team to take the channel to the next level.

You’ll stay on top of current trends and take the lead in creating engaging content pieces either independently or together with the team.

You enjoy being in front of the camera and are excited to become one of the KoRo Brand Faces.

The planning, conception and implementation of creative content marketing initiatives on our online channels will be in your hands. This also includes cross-departmental projects, brainstorming sessions and collaborations with other departments.

You know what makes content perform: you monitor key TikTok KPIs, create meaningful performance reports and translate insights into clear action points.

You own the full content creation process for TikTok – from idea to final edit – and feel comfortable using CapCut or similar editing tools.

You live and breathe TikTok, know how to spot opportunities early and aren’t afraid to experiment. Bonus points if your friends already consider you our next TikTok wizard.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 / Bac+4) in marketing, communications, journalism, business, media, linguistics or a related field. We also warmly welcome candidates from different backgrounds.

You are based in Paris or the surrounding area.

You have excellent written and spoken French and English.

You are passionate about social and digital media, keep up with emerging trends and ideally already gained first experience in video editing and managing an account (personnal or brand account).

You have strong editing and visual storytelling skills, feel confident using CapCut or similar editing tools and enjoy being in front of the camera.

You combine creativity with strategic thinking, communicate ideas convincingly and work independently, reliably and collaboratively.

Last but not least: you have a keen eye for aesthetics – and a genuine passion for food.

What's In It For You

Our colorful team is ready to be enriched and inspired by your ideas: help building the future of food retailing in our fast-growing start-up!

Extensive onboardings which will prepare you for your various and challenging tasks

A subsidy towards an EGYM Wellpass membership, so you can get active.

Flexible working hours to ensure a good work-life balance.

Optimal performance thanks to a modern MacBook.

100% of the Navigo pass will get refunded

20 % discount in our KoRo online store.

We're looking for People who share our Mindset

For us, it's not just about the what, but above all about the how. You'll be a perfect fit for us if you have the following mindset:

You take initiative and ownership. You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions. If you see something you can support, improve, or learn from, you get involved and ask questions. You learn from feedback and reflect on your own impact.

You thrive in change. Things move fast and priorities can shift – you see that as part of the learning experience, not a blocker. You adapt quickly and stay flexible.

You build, you don't wait. If something is missing or not yet perfect, you help shape a practical solution. You prefer early iterations and learning by doing over waiting for perfection.

You think in leverage. You try to understand the “why” behind tasks and decisions and bring in your perspective. You’re developing your ability to prioritize and understand what creates the most impact for the effort you put in.

You're a team player, humble and genuinely kind. You work well with others, communicate openly, and contribute to a supportive team environment. You’re curious, respectful, and open to feedback, and you actively learn from others while sharing your own ideas.
Own it – Move fast – Build it – Create impact – Lift others

Sounds good?

Then send us your application (CV and motivation letter) via our website. We are looking for real team members! We are curious to know who you are and what moves you, so feel free to tell us in a few introductory sentences.
