At KoRo, we’re looking for a hands-on Packaging Designer / Artworker (m/f/d) to join our creative team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design – from developing packaging concepts to ensuring flawless print execution.
Retouch product photography and prepare clean, print-ready files (incl. Flexo printing)

Create high-quality digital packshots for use across our channels

Identify and solve printing or production issues together with internal and external partners

You understand printing techniques and how to achieve the best results for raster and vector graphics in challenging cases like Flexo.

You have a strong eye for layout, detail, and visual consistency.

Your personal design workflow is advanced and efficient. You take ownership of your work, and approach challenges proactively and solution-oriented.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

What you can expect from us

Join a fast-growing and purpose-driven company that's shaping the future of food retail

Extensive onboarding to help you succeed in your role

Flexible working hours

Modern office in Berlin Schöneberg + BVG public transport ticket fully covered

Sounds good?

Then apply via our website, including all relevant documentation (CV, Portfolio and your Cover Letter).
We are looking for team members, not just workers. Let us know in a few sentences who you are and what motivates you!
