* Analysing processes and data in preparation for the optimisation and further development of our working methods
* Optimising existing finance processes to increase efficiency and transparency
* Defining and implementing new processes in Finance and at the interfaces to other departments
* Technical implementation of processes in Continia and Microsoft Business Central
* Documentation of all processes to create a consistent and comprehensible basis

## Your profile

* You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in process management, business administration or similar.
* You have **at least 5 years of professional experience** in finance process management, ideally in a dynamic, growth-orientated environment.
* You have an **excellent command of German** and a v**ery good command of English**.
* You live in **Berlin** or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
* You are familiar with the creation of flowcharts
* You have already gained experience with the ERP system MS Dynamics Business Central and are open to the use of tools such as Notion, Miro Board.
* You are characterised by your analytical thinking and your structured way of working.
* You are a team player with strong communication skills!
