* Taking strategic responsibility in sourcing/procurement
* Analyzing and optimizing internal and external procurement processes in collaboration with our Supply Chain Management, Logistics teams, and suppliers
* Establishing a strategic supplier and contract management system
* Developing procurement controlling and analyzing purchasing key figures
* Ensuring the implementation of the corporate strategy in procurement in collaboration with operational Product & Sourcing Managers
* Leading contract and price negotiations
* Driving the digitalization of existing procurement processes
* Collaborating with the Sustainability Team
* Reporting directly to the Head of Product

## Your profile

* Ideally, you are available immediately and can start **as soon as possible.**
* You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field, or an equivalent qualification.
* You have a**t least 5 years of professional experience** in strategic procurement—preferably in the retail, FMCG, or food industry.
* You have **excellent German and English skills.**
* You live in **Berlin** or are willing to relocate for your new position.
* You have a **strategic and data-driven mindset**, and your decisions are based on thorough analysis.
* Your working style is highly structured and organized, enabling you to manage complex tasks and projects responsibly.
* Your **hands-on mentality** and strong assertiveness are among your key strengths.
* Last but not least: You are a true team player with excellent interpersonal skills, helping you build positive working relationships!
