Koralplay is a sports betting and gaming publisher founded in Nantes in 2017 and made of experienced employees who have been working in the gaming and casino industry for over 15 years. Our core business is to design and develop innovative software solutions for gaming and sports betting operators.
Over the years, Koralplay has acquired solid experience in Africa.
Our solutions are indeed used in many countries including Gabon, Guinea, Cameroon, Mali and Angola, and we have a support team based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
Due to a rapid expansion, Koralplay is on the lookout of a CRM Executive - French speaker to join the team either in the Malta (priority), Portugal or France offices (Paris, Nantes).
Tasks
- Planning and implementing CRM marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications
- Set up, test, and launch campaigns using CRM tools
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and adhere to brand guidelines
- Create engaging and relevant content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing materials
- Work closely with internal teams to communicate planned campaigns and maintain transparency
- Continuously explore ways to enhance campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive engagement and retention
Requirements
- Fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
- Around 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement in the iGaming industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM tools
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
