We are looking for curious and passionate individuals interested in gaining experience in a fast-growing Start-up. You will work alongside the Founding Team.

We want to optimize the learning experience for junior candidates with as much in-person interaction as possible, so we are preferrably offering this position at our HQ office in Berlin.

## Tasks

*   Help to build, develop and run a fast-growing company (Ops, Finance)
*   Work alongside a highly talented and experienced team who can support you on your journey
*   Gain exposure to all sides of the business due to close collaboration with the Founding Team

## Requirements

*   Relevant study background (Economics, Finance, Management)
*   Interest in committing over a longer period (12+ months), which comes along with ownership and impact on the business
*   Strong communication skills in both English and German
*   You enjoy working independently and are looking for a lot of responsibility
*   You are proactive and have a self-starter mindset with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
