**We are seeking a “Project Manager” to join our team!**

## Tasks

*   Lead and oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing. 
*   Develop project plans, set clear objectives, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
*   Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute insights to help identify new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align project objectives with sales targets and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
*   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle. Build strong relationships, understand client needs and expectations, and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain client satisfaction.
*   Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Effectively communicate project goals, objectives, and timelines, ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
*   Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor project progress, anticipate obstacles, and implement contingency plans to ensure successful outcomes.
*   Implement project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and report project status to stakeholders. Analyze project data to drive decision-making and optimize project performance.

## Requirements

*   Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in project management are a plus.
*   Proven experience in project management, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
*   Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to contribute effectively to sales meetings.
*   PMI PMP Certificate
*   Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
*   Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams and delivering results.
*   Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
*   Proficiency in project management software and tools.
