With 1M+ registered users and a rapidly expanding advertiser network, we are now hiring an Offerwall User Acquisition Lead to scale our user inflow across programmatic, incentivized, affiliate, influencer, and lifecycle channels, while also building the funnels that convert and retain them.
Tasks
- Own Klink’s full user acquisition strategy across programmatic media buying, incentivized traffic channels, affiliate networks, and influencer-driven acquisition.
- Drive large-scale user volume from offerwalls, GPT platforms, task networks, survey routers, and reward communities.
- Build, optimize, and maintain onboarding funnels that increase activation, first-task conversion, and early retention.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to identify friction points, improve funnel performance, and deploy conversion experiments.
- Own lifecycle and CRM: email flows, push notifications, in-app triggers, and re-activation campaigns.
- Analyze traffic sources daily to optimize ROI, conversion rates, EPC, ARPU, churn, and LTV.
- Test new acquisition channels, including content, community channels, cross-promotions, and new publisher integrations.
- Manage budgets, pacing, targeting, and campaign optimization across multiple channels.
- Identify and onboard new UA partners across incentivized traffic, survey providers, and earning communities.
- Create reporting dashboards to monitor growth KPIs and communicate performance to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing at a reward app, offerwall, GPT platform, survey network, mobile gaming, or similar incentivized ecosystem.
- Deep experience with CPI/CPA traffic, performance campaigns, and incentivized acquisition sources.
- Strong knowledge of offerwall dynamics, reward apps, task apps, or online earning funnels.
- Proven track record scaling high-volume UA and improving conversion/retention funnels.
- Experience running CRM/lifecycle programs (email, push, onboarding flows).
- Highly analytical: fluent in data-driven decision-making, funnel metrics, attribution, retention metrics, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with attribution tools and tracking systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust, TUNE, Affise, postbacks, API integrations).
- Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams on funnel, onboarding, and retention improvements.
- Strong communication skills and comfort taking ownership in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
