We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean-tech company revolutionizing climate protection by scaling regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe. We have launched the world’s first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being utilized by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies we provide financial compensation to farmers for their regenerative practices and offer high-quality advisory services. Supported by leading investors, including Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures, and AgFunder, we are now expanding our team and seeking a fluently German-speaking Content Writer with experience to help us continually improve our digital product.

## Tasks

*   Research, plan, and write compelling and well-structured content for our website, blog articles and our channels, such as social media, email campaigns, PR and performance marketing
*   Create informative and educational resources that cater to both companies interested in supporting regenerative agriculture and farmers seeking to transition to sustainable farming practices
*   Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engine visibility and organic traffic growth 
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Product, to ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and overall objectives
*   Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging topics related to regenerative agriculture, carbon emissions, sustainable farming, and climate change
*   Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to our style guidelines
*   Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness

## Requirements

*   Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing SEO-optimized content and engaging writing
*   Excellent writing and editing skills in German and English with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
*   Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from reliable sources
*   Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
*   Familiarity with regenerative agriculture, carbon emissions, sustainable farming, or other relevant environmental subjects is advantageous
*   Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, PR, Environmental Studies, Agriculture or a related field is preferred
