Product Manager Consultant (m/w/d)

At KI professionals, we’re looking for a Product Manager Consultant to join our team in Stuttgart. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for customers´ product vision and strategy, product roadmap, and execution of the product development process.

You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the products we build are high quality and meet the needs of our customers. In this role, you will also be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and communicating them to the engineering team.

Your contribution to the success story:

• Lead product management, shaping product visions and strategies with a focus on digitalization
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customer products and services
• As a Product Manager, define and prioritize product requirements (epics, features, user stories) while involving stakeholders
• Test products for user-friendliness through research, ensuring easy use
• Manage scrum teams, setting clear product release expectations and backlog priorities
• Create and track OKRs and KPIs for measuring product success
• Align the product backlog with business goals with customers and stakeholders

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 2+ years experience in product management, software development, or a technical role
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Experience working with agile development methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
