We’re looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our Brand Team in Berlin! You are highly motivated, love all things digital and performance related. You will report directly to our MD to drive sales, acquisition and retention for the brand through innovative marketing campaigns. This role is for somebody who is metrics-driven and analytical as well as creative.

As the environment is very close to our hearts, we want to handle our resources responsibly and have chosen our materials and production sites carefully.

## Tasks

*   Execute creative marketing campaigns across our own D2C website and work alongside other teams within the company to implement them
*   Help with building the marketing calendar and create marketing campaigns from ideating to execution
*   Work closely with the growth team to develop digital marketing campaigns across different channels including emails, facebook, instagram, affiliate marketing etc.
*   Analyze every campaign's results and track performance to adjust upcomings marketing activities
*   Work closely with the product/ design team to increase the conversion rate and improve the users experience on our D2C website by launching and developing new features
*   Hit monthly sales targets
*   Help launch new online features to increase the LTV and repurchase percentage
*   Be on top of all e-commerce key trends to constantly improve the overall strategy

## Requirements

*   5 years of working experience ideally with experience working in branding and e-commerce. Experience working on Shopify is a big plus
*   Must have entrepreneurial spirit
*   Strong written and verbal communication skills
*   Must be able to think outside the box
*   Must be organized with great attention to details
*   Experience with Google Analytics and love for data is mandatory
*   Experience working in a deadline-driven environment and fast-paced environment
*   Be a team player as the role will need to collaborate with a lot of different teams within the company
*   Ideally based in Berlin / Willing to move to Berlin
*   Fluent in English, German is a plus
