TASK

Execute and oversee interior design works, including shop and space design, to meet brand and functional requirements.

Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
Review and prepare shop drawings for structural, architectural, and MEP components.
Monitor site progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Identify and resolve issues on-site to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and verify that materials and workmanship meet required standards.
Document project activities including progress reports, meeting notes, and change orders.
