## Aufgaben

## Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

* You serve as the central point of contact for our data solution suite (Tableau, Pushmetrics, Secoda), providing first-level support to users with tool operation, access issues, technical troubleshooting and feature application guidance
* You oversee comprehensive tool administration, performance monitoring and vendor relationship management to resolve issues and evaluate new features
* You develop and implement data governance frameworks and best practices (e.g. data discoverability and literacy)
* You collaborate closely with embedded analysts and analytics engineers to optimize our data solutions' performance and integration
* You develop and maintain dashboards and reports when needed, taking full ownership of these projects from conception to delivery
* You evaluate potential new data tools and technologies to continuously enhance our capabilities and meet evolving organizational needs

## Profil

## Your profile – this is what we expect from you

* You have experience as a power user of data visualization tools (particularly Tableau) with proven abilities in tool administration, user support and vendor management
* You possess intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve technical issues with data tools
* You have experience implementing data governance practices, including effective permission structures and asset management processes
* You are a service-oriented communicator who explains technical concepts clearly across expertise levels, takes initiative to identify improvement opportunities, and thrives in cross-functional environments while enabling others through technology and best practices
