Unser Kunde ist ein spezialisiertes Impfstoffunternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Vermarktung von prophylaktischen Impfstoffen gegen Infektionskrankheiten mit hohem medizinischem Bedarf spezialisiert hat mit über 700 Mitarbeitenden in 3 Ländern.

• Lead and drive the implementation of a tailored Enterprise Architecture Management process within the Global IT Organization
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and document system architecture based on TOGAF framework to ensure scalability and performance requirements
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for system architecture, design decisions, and implementation details
• Create architecture diagrams, flowcharts and other visual aids for clear communication
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms and tools that align with the organization's goals and requirements
• Create and communicate a technology roadmap that outlines the evolution of the enterprise architecture over time
• Design solutions that promote seamless integration and interoperability between different systems and business units
• Ensure that the enterprise architecture supports current and future integration requirements
• Identify and prioritize technology investments to support business priorities
• Provide guidance and support during the development and implementation
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks by implementing appropriate plans
• Ensure that the system architecture meets security and compliance standards
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization's operations

Background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a System Architect or in a similar role
• Experience in establishing/implementing Enterprise Architecture process
• Proven TOGAF framework skills
• In-depth knowledge of system architecture principles, design patterns and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and develop strong working relationships with other departments and outside vendors
• Strong cross functional understanding within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills even in remote work
• Proven ability to management multiple projects and vendors in a multinational organization
• Act autonomously and voluntarily (self-starter)
