SEO & AEO Delivery Strategist (B2B SaaS)

We’re hiring an SEO & AEO Delivery Strategist to make our delivery even better — the person who supports the analysis and strategy behind every account, and sharpens every insight before a customer sees it.

The focus is business outcomes. Rankings and traffic matter when they move pipeline and revenue, and that is the standard every strategy and report here is held to.

Job Ad Details

Build the strategy for every account. Keyword, topic and prompt architecture, topic clusters, website architecture and taxonomy, content audits and calendars — what to build, in what order, and how it connects to the client's pipeline number.

Live in analytics and attribution. GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Salesforce and Peec every day: sizing opportunities, analyzing what converts, and building the monthly reports and twice-yearly deep dives that lead with what the work drove.

Run AEO experiments. Prompt baselines, controlled tests, citation tracking, and readouts that say plainly what’s the impact of our work.

Build internal tools. Our delivery runs on a library of AI skills. When one produces so-so output, you improve the method — better prompts and evals, documented so it sticks — and the whole agency delivery gets better.

Ship work that holds up. Deliverables land review-ready: approved without multiple rounds of review and strong enough for a customer to act on.

• At least 5 years in SEO & AEO, most of it in B2B SaaS.
• Agency experience — several accounts at once, deadlines held without being managed.
• You've worked with US brands or fast-growing companies and know that pace and quality bar.
• Results in commercial projects you can tie to pipeline or revenue, not only rankings and traffic.
• Fluent in GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs or Semrush, and sales data tools you build reports people act on.
• Hands-on with AI search — you've tracked or improved visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or AI Overviews and you know how it works.
• You move between altitudes: strategy a CMO would sign off on, and the row-level data behind it. All backed up by clean formulas and logical sheets.
• Excellent written English and clean async communication.
• Proactive. You jump in when there is something to solve without me or anyone else nudging you.

• Work with best-in-class SaaS and tech brands across the U.S. and Europe.
• You shape the AI platform we run on — the tools you build become how the agency works.
• You start by supporting strategy delivery on every account — and grow into SEO Strategy Lead, leading it: your sign-off on what ships, the delivery team working through you
• Start with a part-time retainer between $2,000-3,500/month (we’ll scope projects together)
• Then full-time at $4,500–6,500/month, depending on experience. We pay generously for a real SEO/AEO pro.
• Remote, anywhere. Paid monthly in USD via Wise. PTO for full-time role.
