• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that align with the company's mission and values.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality and ensure best practices.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with server-side languages and frameworks, including Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
