JustPlay is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our engagement product domain for our loyalty platform, driving player excitement by maximizing their engagement, boosting long term retention and fostering live-ops across our scaled platform. ## Tasks

*   Shape and execute our engagement strategy to increase retention and delight across our gaming ecosystem
*   Help define and execute the LiveOps strategies for our platform
*   Drive product growth by leveraging gamification, behavioral science, and habit-forming mechanics
*   Identify opportunities to improve key retention and engagement metrics while optimizing LTV
*   Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions
*   Use user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and enhance product features
*   Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns and deliver exceptional player experiences    
*   Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our product innovative and competitive

## Requirements

*   At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry, preferably in mobile games, loyalty platforms and other B2C apps.
*   Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies
*   Strong project management and analytical skills
*   Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration
