We’re seeking a pragmatic Senior AI Product Manager to help one of Europe’s fastest-growing legal tech companies elevate its product experience end-to-end.
Our workflow and AI products are already in market and delivering real value to law firms. The next phase is about craft, clarity, and scale: strengthening core user experiences, turning AI capabilities into reliable workflows, and building product foundations that can support rapid growth in a conservative, high-stakes domain.
In this role, you’ll own major product areas across AI products and AI powered products and platform evolution, working closely with design, engineering, and business teams. You’ll combine strong product judgment with a hands-on mindset, shaping discovery, defining solutions, and ensuring high-quality execution from concept to launch.
For a Senior PM who loves solving complex problems, creating clarity from ambiguity, and translating cutting-edge AI into trusted, intuitive tools, this is a chance to have an outsized impact in one of the industries being most fundamentally transformed by AI.

Tasks

Be data driven: You evaluate impact through quantitative and qualitative measures, both during beta phases and after full release. You bring together customer research, product analytics, stakeholder input, and delivery learnings to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence and real user needs.

Build customer-centric products: You work closely with customers through interviews, research sessions, and feedback loops to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and goals. You translate these insights into clear product opportunities and actionable features that deliver meaningful value.

Think big, ship early: You collaborate with your team to imagine ambitious solutions to customer problems, then scope them to their smallest coherent version so users can benefit as early as possible.

Own delivery: You execute on the product roadmap and lead delivery in close collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners. You ensure high-quality execution and clear alignment from discovery through launch.

Unlock business value: You partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and other teams to ensure the product and roadmap directly support business outcomes such as adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Stay close to the market: You actively monitor market trends, competitor moves, and external signals to inform product decisions and strengthen Jupus’ positioning in legal tech.

Requirements

You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.

Proven experience in shipping AI products

You are comfortable moving between strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and hands-on execution.

You make decisions with conviction, even without full consensus, and can persuasively bring others along.

You thrive in ambiguity and excel at structuring complex problems, thinking in systems, and connecting user needs with business strategy.

You communicate clearly and confidently with engineers, stakeholders, and customers, translating complexity into shared understanding and direction.

You take ownership and drive outcomes, using data, metrics, and discovery techniques to guide decisions and measure success.

You are curious and deeply customer-obsessed, motivated by solving meaningful problems and uncovering real opportunities.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building products that make a tangible difference for users.

Bonus: You have experience in legal tech or with AI-powered products.

Language & Location

Fluency in German and English is mandatory (spoken & written), French is a plus.

Must be located in CET -2/+2 time zone.

Benefits

🚀 Foundational Impact – Shape our design practice and influence product direction.
🎨 Ownership – Full responsibility for key product journeys from concept to launch.
🌱 Growth Environment – Work at the intersection of design, legal tech, workflow automation, and AI.
💼 Leadership Visibility – Direct collaboration with the Head of Product and senior leadership.
🏡 Fully Remote – Work from anywhere within CET -2/+2.
💻 Top Equipment – State-of-the-art MacBook and accessories.
🏋️ Wellbeing Perks – Urban Sports Club membership.
Interview Process
Our interview process is designed to be efficient, transparent, and collaborative:

Screen Call (20min)

Interview with Head of Product (1h min)

Meet with the Head of Product to understand your background, interests, and role expectations.

Product Challenge

A small, practical task reflecting our domain — you’ll walk us through it in a follow-up session.

Team & CTO Interviews & Presentation of Product challenge (60–90 min)

Meet PMs, engineers, and designers to understand collaboration and culture fit.
