Project Manager Energy Solutions (m/f/d), full-time in Berlin as of now.

As a Project Manager at Junison, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to provide sustainable energy solutions. You will oversee critical solar construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your leadership and technical expertise will directly influence Junison’s operational success and its ability to deliver innovative renewable energy solutions, shaping the future of clean energy for businesses across the industry.

• Act as the primary contact from project assignment through completion, managing end-to-end project cycles.
• Report directly to the CEO, ensuring the project meets budget, customer satisfaction, and timeline goals.
• Lead communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and confident interaction.
• Leverage your technical background to oversee solar construction projects, from planning to implementation.
• Take the initiative in tracking progress, controlling costs, and ensuring quality assurance.

• Strong technical background, ideally in solar construction.
• Experience as a planner and implementer in large-scale projects.
• Fluency in German (native) and English (C2 level).
• Hands-on experience in construction management, controlling, and project tracking.
• Open to career changers with experience in the solar industry or skilled trades.
• Preferred: Electrical installation or related technical expertise.
• Experience in planning and managing warehousing.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
