## Vos missions

**Tu seras immergé·e dans la vie du studio et de ses startups. Tu participeras activement à leur développement selon le périmètre de ton stage.**

En tant que stagiaire bras droit CEO, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l’un·e des Partners de Jumanji Studio et tu participeras à une grande variété de projets qui contribuent aux objectifs et à la croissance de Jumanji et de ses start-ups.

Ta mission sera très variée — allant de tâches stratégiques à financières ou plus opérationnelles. Dans tous les cas, tu seras au cœur du développement et du pilotage des start-ups de Jumanji Studio, en lien direct avec nos CEO au quotidien.

On voit ce poste comme un mix entre Business Analyst et Data Analyst : utiliser la donnée pour générer des insights et recommander des actions concrètes.

Tu as donc un esprit analytique développé et une vraie appétence pour les chiffres. Tes compétences viendront renforcer l’impact de chaque Partner sur les start-ups du portefeuille.

**🎓 Your Role**

You’ll be fully immersed in the life of the studio and its startups. You’ll actively contribute to their development, depending on your internship scope.

As a **CEO Right Hand Intern**, you’ll work closely with one of Jumanji Studio’s Partners and be involved in a wide range of projects that support the growth of both the studio and its startups.

Your mission will be diverse — from strategic and financial work to hands-on operations. Either way, you’ll be at the heart of startup development and strategy execution, in direct contact with our CEOs on a daily basis.

Think of this role as a mix between **Business Analyst** and **Data Analyst**: using data to generate insights and recommend real actions.

You’re analytical and have a strong affinity for numbers. Your skills will amplify each Partner’s impact on the studio’s portfolio startups.

**Tu sais déjà que tu veux donner du sens à ta carrière. Peut-être que tu rêves de monter ta propre boîte un jour. On cherche des personnes dynamiques, indépendantes, avec une forte capacité d'exécution, une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit, et le français est un plus.**

*   Soft skills : agilité, réactivité, adaptabilité, sens des priorités, être force de proposition pour faire bouger les lignes (rien n’est figé, toutes les idées sont les bienvenues !)
*   Bac+4/5 spécialisation data analyst en école d'ingénieurs
*   Une solide compréhension des enjeux business, de l’automatisation des process et des outils analytiques est essentielle
*   Curieux.se et créatif.ve
*   **Autonome; nous travaillons principalement en remote/télétravail, il faut que tu sois capable de travailler sans une équipe physiquement présente**

**Key soft skills**: agility, responsiveness, adaptability, ability to prioritize, and a proactive mindset (nothing is set in stone here — all ideas are welcome!)  

**Requirements:**

*   Master’s level (Bac+4/5) specializing in data analysis (engineering or equivalent)
*   Strong written communication skills: copywriting and editing (a must)
*   Experience in project management is a plus
*   Curious and creative mindset
*   Autonomous: we mainly work remotely, so you must be comfortable working without a physical team
