As the first Brand Designer in our team, you’ll join us at an exciting stage of growth, where brand plays an increasingly important role in how JOIN is perceived across every touchpoint. You’ll help shape how we show up in the market, how we communicate value, and how we create a consistent and memorable experience across campaigns, channels, and assets.
This is not a purely executional design role. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and creative thinking to brand work that needs to perform as well as look strong. You’ll have real ownership, work closely with cross functional teams, and help evolve a brand system that can scale with the business.
What you’ll be doing
Your work will directly shape how JOIN is experienced across the market. As our first Brand Designer, you’ll help translate strategy into high quality creative work that strengthens our brand and supports business goals.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll work closely with Growth and other cross functional teams, partnering with stakeholders across the business to bring campaigns and brand moments to life. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, with plenty of room to influence how brand work gets done and how JOIN shows up externally.
What we’re looking for
✔ 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a similar role in a fast paced environment.
✔ A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand system thinking across multiple touchpoints, not just isolated visuals.
✔ Experience working in campaign driven marketing environments, where design supports clear business and communication goals.
✔ Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
✔ Confidence owning projects from brief to final delivery, not just executing individual tasks.
✔ Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and consistency.
✔ The ability to create work that is both creatively strong and operationally scalable.
✔ Experience collaborating across functions and working closely with non design stakeholders.
✔ A structured but creative approach to problem solving.
✔ Comfort with feedback, iteration, and working in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve.
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and thoughtfully.
✔ A hands on, proactive, low ego way of working.
