As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling our outbound sales strategy, ensuring that companies successfully connect with top talent. This isn’t just another job, you’ll help shape how businesses grow.

Aufgaben

What you’ll be doing

Your work will directly impact how thousands of companies attract talent. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Develop and implement a scalable outbound sales strategy from scratch.
  • Conduct cold-calling campaigns, analyse results, and optimise scripts and processes.
  • Create sales playbooks and document best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Build and coach a new telesales team once the strategy is successfully implemented.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll be part of our Sales Team, working primarily within the telesales team. We collaborate, experiment, and continuously iterate to make hiring simpler, smarter, and fairer.

Qualifikation

What we’re looking for

We don’t believe in checklists - but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:
✔ 5+ years in B2B telesales, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
✔ A strong track record in outbound sales and new customer acquisition.
✔ Ability to independently develop and execute new sales strategies.
✔ Clear and persuasive communication skills, especially over the phone.
✔ Initial leadership experience, building or coaching sales teams.
✔ Fluent in German, with good English proficiency.
✔ Bonus: Experience in fast-scaling companies.
