German Customer Support Agent - igaming

We are looking for young German speakers looking for work in a sunny country. As an igaming Customer Support Agent you will be helping costumers with any issues they may have whilst using our platform.

Can choose to work in Malta or Larnaca, Cyprus.

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues.
• Contact other departments to resolve problems.
• Maintain low customer request queues.
• Attend team meetings and participate in activities.
• Handle emergencies and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Ensure chat and email quality assurance.
• Analyze promotions before launch.
• Implement banned procedures when necessary.

• EU passport holder
• Language: Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
• Education: Graduation from high school or post-secondary school.
• Experience: Ideally has some work experience in customer support
• Skills: Strong communication and knowledge of internet-related software.
• Age: 25-40 years.

• Salary: €2,183.33 per month.
• Bonus: Annual bonus eligibility at the company’s discretion.
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days, rotation open 7 days).
• Shifts: 08:00-17:00, 11:00am - 20:00pm, 13:00pm - 22:00pm – according to schedule
• Breaks: 1-hour break coordinated with the line manager.
• Training: 3-month training period tailored to individual needs.
• Contract: Indefinite with a 6-month probation period.
