Athens! Customer Advisor Representative - Fluent German

Job is in Greece and requires relocation!

As a key member of our company, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional advice to our valued customers from some of the world's top brands like NETFLIX.

## Tasks

*   **Respond to Inquiries**: Handle incoming German-speaking inquiries from customers via phone and email promptly and professionally.
*   **Customer Assistance**: Provide expert guidance and assistance to end customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues effectively.
*   **Brand Representation**: Choose and represent our brand with kindness and efficiency.

*   Strong proficiency in spoken and written German
*   Basic knowledge of English
*   Dedication to providing top-notch service
*   Problem-solving skills

Salary 1400€ - 1500€ gross/month, 

Monthly bonus 200€. With 14 monthly salaries.

Relocation: Paid flight ticket to Greece and 12 months of shared accommodation - while there is space. (Accommodation is an extra initiative)

starting bonuses of 200€ upon training completion, followed by an additional 300€ after three months of successful employment.

Staff activities, events, and make use of our fantastic activity room equipped with a gym, ping pong table, and TV.
